Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is famous for his distinct style of rapping. Baker was born April 22, 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. into an extended family of English Scottish and German descent. His parents, also missionaries themselves, took him on many trips during his early days. James Colson Baker suffered from depression, and was unable to work and Sonia Alane abandoned them at the age of nine. Baker and his father along with their aunt transferred across the state from Denver in the direction of Denver. Baker was bullied by other kids because of his poverty. He began listening to rap when he was in sixth year. Colson Kelly (also known as Machine Gun Kelly) was born on April 22, 1990, in Houston, Texas. His songs are renowned for their ability to mix modern hip-hop alternative rock. Baker has released four mixtapes from 2007 to 2010, before signing to Bad Boy Records. With lyrics that are as fast of a bullet train this Cleveland rapper saw a meteoric climb in the final months of 2011 after he made the transition from releasing self-released mixtapes to working with respected label. From there his career skyrocketed every album ranking in the top 10.
